Here is what I think, acne is caused by both the wrong food and skin products we use. But more than anything it is affected by the genes. Which indicates, that if someone in your family line was affected with acne problem, there's a high chance you may end up with the same condition. And in some cases, it is simply a sign of puberty which phases out if treated with care.
Today, I would like to share my own personal experience with you all as I faced a horrible acne condition during my teenage too. And my suggestion to every teenager out is - Leave it alone!
Using harmful chemicals can aggravate the acne problem and may cause them to spread the bacteria, which is why it is best to use natural remedies which kills the bacteria naturally and controls any future acne.

First I would like to share some Do's and Don'ts especially for people with regular acne condition. Once again, I am sharing my personal experience, everything that worked for me. I hope these Do's and Don'ts will work for you too:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Drink Water
As soon as you wake up, start your day by drinking a glass of water (room temperature). Water helps clear out the toxins in your stomach and morning time is the best to have water on any empty stomach.
2. Cleanse
Cleanse your face twice at once. The first time to remove any remains of makeup or dirt and the second time to purify your skin.
3. Toner Can Be Harmful
Many people suggest on using a toner after cleansing the face. Toners never worked for me. So if your skin is sensitive like mine, do not bother using a toner. Toners are high on chemicals that can irritate your skin and can imbalance the natural moisture of your skin.
4. Moisturize
ALWAYS moisturize your skin after cleansing your face. Using a moisturizer is vital and choosing the right moisturizer is even more important. I always made sure to use a moisturizer that was light on my skin and doesn't clog pores.
5. Minimum Makeup
It is best to use minimum makeup if you have an acne popping on your face. By not applying access makeup, you are letting that acne breathe as it takes its natural course and heals.
6. Stop Touching Your Face
Your hands catch unwanted bacteria quicker than you know. So no matter how many times you wash your hands, they aren't 100% bacteria-free. So my suggestion is that you keep your hand off your face.
7. Never Pop The Acne
There's a big party and you have an ugly zit on your face, so what do you do? You pop it. And does it help? No.
Many people have this weird belief that if they pop the acne, it will disappear. Well, that never happens, in fact it gets worse. It turns red, ir swells up and becomes even more painful. What people don't realize is that when you pop the acne, it spreads the bacteria which may double the acne problem. Unless you have a dermatologist treating your acne, the best you can do is to leave it be. It will heal itself.
